When we did make our decision to move to Delaware, Stacy sent us numerous listings so that we could better define what we were looking for in our new home and what specific areas we were interested in looking in. She made our house-hunting trips to Delaware efficient and productive. When we did select a house, she guided us through the local home-buying process, including making suggestions for the professionals we needed to complete the process, such as a home inspector and attorney. After we bought our home, Stacy was always available to give us the name of a painter or a handyman, etc. We were very pleased with all of her recommendations. In sum, Stacy was great to work with, very professional and at the same time warm and friendly, patient and never pushed us to make a decision or to look at homes above our price range.

She then expertly managed contract negotiations and remained hands on to be sure we successfully closed. She made the whole experience a pleasure!

Even the limitations of COVID did not limit her ability to get everything done promptly.
